Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds are only issued in these cases:
- Item arrived visibly damaged (photo required within 48 hours of delivery)
- Wrong item received (photo required within 48 hours of delivery)
- Item never arrived after 30 business days
To request a refund, email gadgets4myhome@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Refund requests without photo evidence will not be processed.
We are NOT responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or weather, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, packages marked as delivered by the carrier, or change of mind purchases.
Please allow 15-20 business days before contacting us about your order.
