SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping CalmFeeder offers free shipping on all orders. We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 15-20 business days after processing. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. CalmFeeder is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier issues, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Order Confirmation & Tracking Once your order is placed you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order ships you will receive a second automatic email with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update after shipment.
Risk of Loss Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. CalmFeeder is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier pickup. CalmFeeder is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Wrong Address CalmFeeder is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Lost Packages If your order has not arrived after 30 business days from the date of shipment, contact us at gadgets4myhome@gmail.com and we will investigate. We will not process lost package claims before 30 business days have passed.
Customs and Import Taxes CalmFeeder is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
